人が足りない。引き継ぐ相手がいない。そもそも手が回らない。日本の中小企業と非営利団体が抱えるその詰まりを、AIを使って一つずつほどいていきます。 Too few hands. No one to hand the business to. No capacity to step back and fix it. We work with Japan's small businesses and non-profits to untangle those knots, one at a time, with AI.

課題The challenge
日本は、人口構成の折り返し点にいます。 Japan is at a demographic turning point.
多くの中小企業が人手不足に苦しみ、相当数の経営者が、明確な承継の道筋がないまま引退の時期を迎えつつあります。同時に、地域社会で欠かせない役割を果たしている非営利団体の多くが、限られた人員と資源のなかで運営を続けています。 Many small and medium-sized enterprises are struggling with labor shortages, and a significant number of business owners are approaching retirement without a clear succession plan. At the same time, non-profit organizations often operate with limited staff and resources, despite playing a vital role in local communities.

人手が足りないLabor shortage
採用しようにも人がいない。今いる人が、本来やらなくていい作業に時間を取られている。 There is no one left to hire, and the people who are there spend their days on work that shouldn't need a person at all.

引き継ぐ相手がいないNo one to hand it to
仕事の勘どころが経営者一人の頭の中にあり、言葉になっていないまま引退の時期が近づいている。 The know-how that runs the business sits in one person's head, unwritten, as retirement approaches.

運営に手が回らないNo capacity to run on
非営利団体では、事務作業が本来の活動時間を削っている。人を増やす余力もない。 At non-profits, admin work eats into the mission itself — and there is no budget to add staff.
正の字が、埋まらない。五人分の仕事を三人で回している現場に、あと二画を足すのは採用だけではありません。人がやらなくていい部分をAIに渡せば、残りの画は今いる人の手で引けます。 The tally never completes. When three people carry the work of five, hiring is not the only way to draw the missing strokes. Hand the work that doesn't need a person to AI, and the people already there can finish the count.

定型業務の自動化Automating routine work
毎回同じ手順で進めている作業を洗い出し、AIに任せられるところから順に置き換えます。うまくいかなければ元に戻せる形で進めます。 We find the tasks that follow the same steps every time and hand them over to AI, one at a time — always in a way you can roll back.
知識の継承Preserving knowledge
経営者や熟練者の頭の中にある判断基準を聞き取り、後から誰でも参照できる形に残します。承継の前段として最も価値が出る領域です。 We draw out the judgment that lives in an owner's or veteran's head and leave it in a form anyone can consult later — the highest-value groundwork before a handover.
非営利団体の運営支援Support for non-profits
事務や報告書づくりに取られている時間を減らし、本来の活動に人と時間を戻します。予算の限られた団体でも始められる規模から設計します。 We cut the hours lost to admin and reporting so people and time go back to the mission — designed to start at a scale a tight budget can carry.

計画書より先に、動くものを。 A working prototype before a business plan.
AIによって試作のコストが劇的に下がった今、先に計画を固めるより、先に動くものを作って確かめるほうが理にかなっています。私たちは自社の事業もこのやり方で進めています。 Now that AI has collapsed the cost of prototyping, building something that runs and testing it beats finalizing a plan first. We run our own business this way.

小さく作って、確かめるBuild small, then check
議論を重ねる前に、実際に触れるものを作ります。現場で使ってみて初めて分かることのほうが多いからです。 We build something you can touch before we debate it. Most of what matters only shows up in use.

各段階で、人が判断するA person decides, at every step
全部をAIに委ねません。工程ごとに人の目で見て、確認してから次に進みます。手触りを残したまま進めるためです。 We don't hand the whole thing to AI. Each stage waits for a human to look at it and approve before moving on.

捨てられる形で作るBuilt to be discarded
試作は捨てる前提で作ります。合わなければ引き返せることが、気軽に試せる条件になります。 Prototypes are made to be thrown away. Being able to turn back is what makes it safe to try at all.
試作は最後まで作り込みません。仕上げてしまうと、捨てにくくなるからです。「途中で止めておく」ことを設計に含めています。 We deliberately stop short of finishing a prototype. A polished thing is hard to throw away — so leaving it unfinished is part of the design.
